Request by The Catholic Bishop of Chicago, an Illinois corporation sole on behalf of SS. Joseph and Francis Xavier Parish for a special use to expand an existing special use (educational facility, primary), a 9.33’ side yard adjoining a street parking space setback variation, 1 loading space variation, a variation from the requirement that any mechanical equipment located on the roof must be located at least 6’ from any supporting wall of the building, a 2.0’ trash enclosure height variation, and a 5.5’ fence (sport netting) height variation to permit the construction of a school addition, parking lot, and related site improvements on the properties.
