Request by The Catholic Bishop of Chicago, an Illinois corporation sole on behalf of SS.Joseph and Francis Xavier Parish for a special use to expand an existing special use (educational facility, primary), a 12.0’ rear yard of a double frontage lot artificial turf setback variation, a 15.0’ side yard adjoining a street parking space setback variation, a 4.5’ fence height variation, a variation from the requirement that chain link fences are not permitted within a rear yard of a double frontage lot, and a 2.0’ fence height variation to permit the construction of a school addition, parking lots, fencing, and related site improvements.
